The office and the Network Operations Center of LEARN moved to a new location at Information Technology Center, University of Peradeniya, Peradeniya. It was declared open on 31 December 2012. Prof. A. Senaratne, Vice-Chancellor, University Of Peradeniya, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
