Job Description:

  • Assist with petty cash handling and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Perform day-to-day finance tasks such as depositing cheques, Recording, Entering Receipts
  • Collaborating with banks when needed
  • Assist in preparing and performing reconciliation
  • Support the finance team with external audits
  • Engage with LEARN members and respond to finance-related inquiries
  • Provide general support to ensure the smooth running of the finance department
  • Gain hands-on experience with Tax/VAT calculations and compliance

Qualifications:

  • Following a Bachelor's Degree (Specialized in finance/Accounting) in a member university/ institute of LEARN. Preferably a final year student looking for an internship as a part of the course work.
  • Or pursuing ICASL / CIMA / ACCA
  • High level of familiarity with MS excel package
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum guidance
  • High level of fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Familiar with accounting software will be an added advantage.
